100% Zomer was approached to improve the positioning of SAB profile and the internal communication between the management and operation of SAB Profiel. 100% Zomer advised on the strategic internal communication approach between management and operations. 100% Zomer was hired as a communication advisor during a communication workshop with the management of SAB. In this workshop each of the 10 members of the management team, including the director, presented the new why, how, what for the group. 100% Zomer gave advise on the content of the presentation and the persuasiveness, creativity and interaction of the presenter with the audience.

Who: SAB Profiel, a Tata Steel company
Why: SAB profiel needed to change its company direction in order to ‘keep up’ with the competition. Inside the company there are also contrasting work cultures in the various branches of the organization. They did not cooperate enough, which effected the production in a negative way.
100% Zomer came up with the idea to let the managers and operation of the two most contrasting branches of the company work together on a joint vision and presentation. This was a successful approach. Both divisions understood better what they could learn from each other. Besides that the need to cooperate together for a successful final product became very clear to them.
The feedback 100% Zomer gave on the 10 presentations were implemented into one management version of the presentation of SAB Profiel. Afterwards the operations got the opportunity to ad to this vision.
100% Zomer got positive feed-back on the sharp analysis and constructive feed back, which led to a higher quality final proposition and presentation.
