When: January-October 2017
What: 100%zomer designed a path to transformation:
- Meet-ups: with team, management and board on the challenges of the internal and external organisation. This resulted in an action plan and key steps to change.
- Customer empathy workshop: insights in the needs of the customers and key stakeholders. Based on the results we designed a new value proposition and product and services portfolio.
- Trend and business canvas workshops: we redesigned the business case also based on key trends relevant to the business. We developed a new financial business case for I-FIKZ.
- Marketing and branding: we redefined the brand, mapped the desired change, defined key channels and next steps.
Based on the new approach and proposition I-FIKZ was taken over by festival-event bureau Lustr in The Hague from 2018 on, http://lustr.nl/
